How does pricing work?
A food + beverage minimum will be determined by the room you choose and the event date and time. Tax and gratuity are in addition.
We have guests with allergies / dietary restrictions. Will you be able to accommodate them?
Let us know the details, and we’ll work with you to make sure everyone leaves full and happy.
I am paying with a tax-exempt card with spending restrictions — can you accommodate?
Yes — just provide your tax-exempt number when signing your contract.
We’re celebrating with several different families – how many ways can we split the bill?
Up to 4 ways, evenly.
Do you provide tablecloths and decorations?
We can source a variety of tablecloths for your event. We also offer accessories to bring your tablescape visions to life. Reach out for our current inventory and pricing.
What if we want to book an outside vendor to provide flowers, music, or something else?
We have lots of talented friends that we’d love to connect you with! Looking for a florist, event planner, DJ, photobooth, photographer, or something else — let us know. We’ll even coordinate everything for you if you want (markups may apply).
How do beverages work for my event?
We encourage selecting one of our curated beverage packages for your event. Interested in something more customized? Let us know! We’re here to help.
What is the cancellation policy?
7+ days or more: no penalty.
Less than 7 days: 50% of contracted food + beverage minimum.
What happens if we don’t reach our food + beverage minimum?
Everything you spend on food and beverage will go towards reaching your minimum. If you don’t reach it organically, we will add on a “room fee” charge just to cover the difference.
What happens if I show up with less people?
Your contract will outline specific cancellation and change deadlines, but without advance notice of a change in head count, we will charge the per-person price for your contracted headcount, unless it is exceeded.
What types of payment do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, tax-exempt cards, purchasing cards, and cash.
Can we bring a bottle of wine and/or a cake?
Absolutely! We have a $25 corkage fee per bottle of wine, and no cake cutting fee.
Can we show up early to decorate?
Let us know what you’re planning, and we’ll let you know when your room will be set up and ready for you to make it your own.
Where can I park?
There is street parking located on the surrounding streets! Street parking is free after 6pm. There are also two parking garages located near the restaurant. They are called Library Lane and Liberty Square Structure (Tally Hall). These are charged by the hour.
